Role Overview

Position: Associate Business Analyst – EV (JL4) Company: EdgeVerve Systems Ltd. Business Unit: FNSP Job Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Noida Eligible Candidates: MBA Finance students graduating in 2025 or 2026

The Associate Business Analyst role focuses on understanding banking requirements and translating them into technology-based solutions. The selected candidate will work with banking clients and internal teams to support consulting, product demonstrations, research, and digital banking implementation projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Requirement Analysis: Understand client needs and identify areas where banking processes can be improved.

• Client Consulting: Work with banks and financial institutions to recommend suitable digital banking solutions.

• Solution Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring Finacle solutions according to business requirements.

• Research and Analysis: Study banking industry developments, fintech innovations, and market trends.

• Pre-Sales Support: Help prepare proposals, respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), and deliver product demonstrations.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, product teams, and other internal departments to support project delivery.

• Problem Solving: Evaluate business challenges and suggest practical, technology-driven improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBA in Finance with graduation planned for 2025 or 2026.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Confidence in preparing presentations and interacting with international clients.

• Interest in banking, financial technology, and digital transformation.

• Ability to understand business requirements and evaluate potential solutions.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is an added advantage.
