Job Description :

We are looking for an organized Executive/ Senior Executive to do file management and
maintenance of our advertising programme. The individual must be organized and possess a
good understanding of timely and accurate filing of reports as per compliance requirement.

We are seeking an executive to help our senior-level executives with all administrative duties. Among the tasks they must complete are scheduling, travel planning, and providing expense reports. You must have outstanding time management abilities and be able to act independently in order to succeed in this position. In the end, you must help us improve our business’s efficiency by giving our executive members individualized support.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings
• Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes.
• Maintenance of centralised files/ folders for all advertisements campaigns
• Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory
• Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses
• Maintenance of NPRA records/ evidences and follow up for closure of the product
  review.
• Maintaining Service Now tool for NPRA reviews
• Reviewing merchant exception cases in line with approved merchant onboarding SOP.

Requirement and Skills:

• Graduate in any stream
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Operations or similar unit
• Good with MS Office Suite- MS Excel, MS Word
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
