As an Associate Business Analyst, you will work with customers and internal technical teams to understand business challenges and develop practical solutions using Facilio’s software. The role combines business analysis, data handling, software configuration, documentation, and AI-powered automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand Business Requirements: Interact with customers to identify their objectives, understand existing processes, and determine the problems that need to be addressed.
• Design Functional Solutions: Convert business requirements into structured workflows and recommend suitable solutions using the company’s platform.
