Job Overview
Firstsource looking for motivated individuals to join our Mortgage Servicing team at Firstsource. In this role, you will be responsible for examining foreclosure-related loan documents and ensuring they align with established U.S. mortgage servicing standards. Your focus will be on identifying inconsistencies, updating internal systems, and supporting operational efficiency in default servicing and loss mitigation processes.

Responsibilities
- Review loan foreclosure documents and verify that MIN is in compliance with the guidelines and program.
- Throughout the process, give prompt reports and observations.
- Notify specific organizations to address inconsistencies and/or provide loan status updates.
- Monitors unresolved conditions
- Revising the results in the system or format specified

Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of the U.S. mortgage lifecycle, including servicing and loss mitigation.

Familiarity with different mortgage types and related documents such as income proofs, tax records, and purchase agreements.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Attention to detail with sound analytical thinking and decision-making ability.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic typing skills (10–20 WPM).

- Graduation is mandatory
