Job Description :

As a founding Full Stack Developer at Qest, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features, optimize performance, and ensure seamless user experiences.
Full stack developers are computer programmers who are proficient in both front and back end coding. Their primary responsibilities include designing user interactions on websites, developing servers, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React and Ionic.

Build scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.

Develop and manage cloud infrastructure with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB in a serverless environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for both web and mobile platforms.

Implement and maintain security best practices across the full stack.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends to keep Qest’s platform cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Skillset:

Strong proficiency in React and Ionic Framework for building dynamic and responsive web/mobile applications.

Proficiency in Node.js for server-side development, with experience in Express.js or other Node frameworks.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB in a serverless architecture.

Experience with RESTful API development and micro-services architecture.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of front-end tools such as HTML5, CSS3, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
