Job Description :
We are looking to hire a analyst to join our project team. You will work with other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your primary responsibilities will be to perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and conduct some user acceptance testing. To be successful in this role, you should naturally think analytically and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
A analyst is a crucial member of any project team because they serve as the primary point of contact between the project manager and the users, gathering information, documenting procedures, and asking users to approve the final documents.
Role & Responsibility :
- To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent , Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements and company policies.
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time ( AHT), rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
- To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers.
- To provide level 1 remote desktop support to resolve tickets /provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
- To update worklogs and follow shift/ escalation process to escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists/route problems to 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff as the case be.
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & self development.
Skills :
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
