We’re looking for a smart, proactive intern who can find, communicate, and build partnerships with potential clients or organizations needing software development services.

Your role will be to research, identify, and initiate conversations with founders, startups, or businesses on various social media and professional platforms to bring in project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential software projects (service-based or collaborative).
• Reach out and communicate effectively with prospects via LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, etc.
• Understand the project requirements and initiate partnerships or service opportunities.
• Maintain a record of leads, conversations, and progress.
• Coordinate with the core team for project onboarding and handover.
• Maintain an organized record of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and closures.
• Work closely with the core team for client onboarding, documentation, and handover.
• Spot new markets, trends, and collaboration opportunities for tech services and products.
• Assist in preparing basic proposals, outreach messages, and client communication drafts.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and outreach skills (written & verbal).
• Strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and persistence.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and other networking platforms.
• Basic understanding of software development/services.
• Laptop and good internet connection are a must.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
