Job Overview
Young professionals with “Seva Bhav”—the virtues of humility, flexibility, and a passion for learning—are fostered by the ICICI Bank Aspire Program. With an emphasis on relationship management, it highlights professionalism, empathy, and offering clients banking alternatives. After completing a rigorous residential training program, participants are placed in relationship management (sales) positions around the country.
Selected candidates will be prepared for the sales position of Relationship Manager (RM) by the Aspire Program. In addition to requiring travel within and outside of the designated area or city, this position will entail interacting with clients. The chosen candidates will receive extensive training from ICICI Bank and be assigned to any location in accordance with the Bank’s requirements.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and addressing their financial needs.
- Offer and promote suitable banking products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering excellent service.
- Stay flexible in terms of work responsibilities and locations within India.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to graduates and engineering students from any discipline, including fresh MBAs or postgraduates.
- Minimum 60% marks in both 10th grade and graduation.
- Candidates should have less than one year of professional experience.
- Must be ready to take up sales roles and relocate across India.

Training & Compensation
- Training Period: 2 months of classroom-based learning.
- Stipend During Training: ₹18,000 per month.
- Post-Training Salary: Between ₹4.5 to ₹5.0 LPA, based on job location.
Selection Process
Online Aptitude Test
- After shortlisting, candidates must take an online aptitude assessment. This test includes five segments: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and a section with video-based questions.
Interview Face To Face
- Candidates who clear the aptitude test will be invited for a face-to-face interview. All relevant details regarding the interview will be sent to your registered email address.
