About the Program
ICICI Bank is inviting applications for its Probationary Officer (PO) Program, a career development initiative created for fresh graduates and young professionals looking to build a long-term career in the banking sector.
The program combines structured learning with practical business exposure to help participants develop the skills required for customer relationship management, banking operations, and sales. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month residential training program, after which they will be deployed as Relationship Managers at ICICI Bank branches across India based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and financial solutions.

- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all banking policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.

- Travel within the assigned location whenever required to meet customers and business objectives.
