About the Program
ICICI Bank is inviting applications for its Probationary Officer (PO) Program, a career development initiative created for fresh graduates and young professionals looking to build a long-term career in the banking sector.
The program combines structured learning with practical business exposure to help participants develop the skills required for customer relationship management, banking operations, and sales. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month residential training program, after which they will be deployed as Relationship Managers at ICICI Bank branches across India based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and financial solutions.
- Promote the Bank’s products and services while following ethical sales practices.
- Achieve assigned business and sales objectives.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all banking policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Travel within the assigned location whenever required to meet customers and business objectives.

- Graduates from any discipline

Academic Requirements
- Minimum 60% marks in:
- Class 10
- Graduation
Age Limit
- Candidates should be below 25 years at the time of application.
Experience
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in customer-facing Relationship Management and Sales roles.
- Flexibility to relocate and work at any ICICI Bank location across India.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Training Program
- Training Duration: 2 Months
- Training Mode: Residential Classroom Program
- Training Expenses: Fully sponsored by ICICI Bank
- Monthly Stipend During Training: ₹18,000
The training is designed to strengthen candidates’ understanding of banking products, customer service, sales techniques, and professional workplace skills before joining full-time.
