Job Description
To add to our competent team, we are looking for a trustworthy graduate engineer trainee. Along with helping other engineers with projects, conducting research, and writing reports, the graduate engineer trainee will be in charge of finishing all tasks given to them by the supervisor. Along with being able to follow directions, you should also be able to think creatively and independently.

Graduate engineer trainees are employed by companies as trainees after completing their degree in engineering. Through the use of CAD software, project work, and report writing, they complete all tasks assigned to them and acquire real-world experience.
Job overview
- Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu & Mahape, Navi Mumbai
- College or Candidate’s Current Location: Should be from Maharashtra Region Only
- Compensation: INR 15,000/- for the first 3 months stipend followed by INR 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum Service Agreement: 3yrs – 2 Lakhs
- Academic Criteria 60% or 6 CGPA and above throughout in 10th , 12th, and Graduation No Live backlogs at the time of registration
- Year of Passing 2024 & 2025 Pass out
- Role Trainee Qualification: 1. Graduates BSc (CS/IT/Electronics, EEE, Circuital) & BCA

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates should be open to work in 24*7 shifts environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is must.
- Should have basic knowledge of ITIL process and international Client handling over the phone and email.
- Meet established service levelmetrics for call response, technical support, and customer service.
- Provide Help Desk Support for End users and Level 1/2 support of IT Infrastructure and Applications
- Log Incidents/call tickets into Ticketing tool, monitor incoming customer ticket queues for assignment, follow-up, and resolution.
- Follow and complete IT Service desk opening and closing checklists.
- Research and update knowledge base for solutions that can be used to provide first call or contact resolution.
- Perform installation/troubleshooting/configuring of MS outlook Client, MS Office, Applications software, Antivirus Software, Internet explorer and basic network troubleshooting.
- Use remote tools such as Remote Desktop support, Dame Ware/Bomgar, Team viewer etc. (It’s optional) to troubleshoot and resolve end-users laptops, desktops.
- Provide follow-up service to End-users to ensure that service provided by Help Desk has addressed their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
