About Specialist Programmer (SP)
Through this program, we will hire students from the 2025 batch for the specialized technical position of Specialist Programmer.
Depending on performance during our selection process, the salary for the Specialist Programmer position is either INR 13 lakhs or INR 9.5 lakhs annually.
This year, our campus recruitment campaign will be run in a hybrid format. To evaluate their technical and behavioral competency, the shortlisted students would need to go through an in-person interview after completing an online test.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript is referred to as programming expertise.
- Frameworks & Tools: Expertise in frameworks such as Angular, React, Spring Boot, or.NET.
Emerging Technologies: It helps to have prior experience with blockchain, AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or the Internet of Things. - Database administration: solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- DevOps practices include knowledge of version control systems like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a talent for system and code optimization.
- Communication: Outstanding communication abilities to explain technical ideas to stakeholders who are not technical.
