Job Overview
We are excited to collaborate with your organization on the Infosys Off-Campus Hiring Program. Through this program, we will hire candidates from the 2024 and 2025 batch for the specialized technical positions of Digital Specialist Engineer (6.25 LPA) and Specialist Programmer (9.5 LPA).
Candidates may be shortlisted for any of these positions based on their performance during our selection process. This year, our campus recruitment campaign will be run in a hybrid format. An online test intended to gauge candidates’ programming skills will be used to start the selection process. Students who pass this round will be invited to an in-person interview so that we can evaluate their behavioral and technical skills. Below are the eligibility requirements for the positions.
Through this program, Infosys is recruiting for two distinct roles:
Specialist Programmer(9.5 LPA) – This position is designed for the candidates who have an impressive command over programming and are excited by the prospect of tricky technical problems. As a Specialist Programmer, you will undertake projects of AI, machine learning and software development at advanced level.

Digital Specialist Engineer (6.25 LPA): This particular role is concerned with the provision of agile digital based solutions and assists companies in their process of digital transformation. Candidates will participate in the latest technology including data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Purpose of Processing:
We process your personal data for the below purposes –
- For Infosys recruitment related process including uniquely identifying the candidate at the application stage, checking the identification of the candidate, etc.
- To assist you in the recruitment, selection process and contacting you for feedbacks.
- For internal reporting to leadership.
- To compare facial images collected at each stage of recruitment process using automated AI/ML algorithms, to verify whether it is the same person appearing at all the stages and to prevent impersonation, frauds etc.
