Job Description

We are seeking a vibrant, active intern who is keen to assist different departments and gain knowledge about our business. Together with our team, you will be conducting research, gathering data, and attending meetings where you will be required to take minutes.

Interns help the business with tasks assigned by different teams, like conducting research, gathering data, and collaborating closely with other team members to gain a deeper understanding of the business.You must be willing to assist with any tasks that a supervisor assigns you if you want to succeed as an intern. In addition to helping with ongoing campaigns, you will be involved in future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• acquire a thorough understanding of the process as well as methods, tools and technologies used.
• obtain understanding of the control framework around the process and ensure adherence to the same.
• collaborate across global and regional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high quality reporting and analytics for the business area ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• collaborate with various business, accounting, control, reporting, change and other stakeholders to achieve process outcomes.
• meet requests for adhoc information on time.
• maintain a keen eye for detail and review and challenge processes and numbers if they don’t look right and escalate in a timely manner.
• respond promptly to feedback, questions and other requests from stakeholders in relation to the team deliverables.
• proactively identify enhancement opportunities within the processes.
• support key projects and other initiatives

Qualifications and Skills 

• strong accounting and analytical skills.
• good team player, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meet quality and manage tight deadlines.
• a strong communicator with good English language skills. (verbal and written)
• methodical and organized, with attention to detail.
• strong MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and MS Access).
• ability to learn and apply learning quickly and effectively.
