About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our technology team at the Executive level. This role involves building reliable backend solutions that power enterprise-grade systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend components using Java and related frameworks.
• Design scalable and secure APIs to support business applications.
• Work closely with frontend developers, architects, and analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness in application development.
• Identify bugs and bottlenecks and devise solutions to these problems.
• Write clean, well-documented code and perform peer reviews.
• Stay current with best practices in software development.

Java Graduate Engineer – Freshers Hiring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge working with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Jenkins or Docker.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
