Job Overview

In addition to gaining knowledge and experience in a particular engineering discipline, an apprentice engineer helps more seasoned engineers with a variety of tasks pertaining to the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects. They take part in training courses, work under supervision, and help with problem-solving and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities :

  1. To ensure First level proactive and reactive maintenance.
  2. Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
  3. To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with first level
  operations and investigate faults/cause related.
  4. Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer
  Operations/CC center
  5. To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions

1. Knowledge of Domain Mandatory
