Job Description :

We are looking for a diligent Information Technology Associate to join our team.

Companies that provide IT solutions to primarily commercial companies employ information technology associates. They are in charge of negotiating terms and prices, presenting technical sales proposals to prospective customers, and extending service contracts. One of their responsibilities is to offer post-purchase assistance to customers.

To market and sell our IT solutions, we are looking for a motivated and experienced information technology associate. Your responsibilities in this position will include learning about the technical details of our products, determining the IT requirements of our clients, and showing prospective customers our IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Helping to create and maintain IT documentation, including procedural documents and incident reports
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications and software updates
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users and managing access rights
• Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Providing orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
