Job Description
To join our team, we are looking for a talented and driven junior engineer. You will have the chance to collaborate with more seasoned engineers and help create creative projects as a junior engineer. For recent graduates or those with little work experience who are keen to pick up new skills and develop in a fast-paced engineering setting, this position is ideal.
Junior engineers are in greater demand as businesses in a variety of sectors look for new hires to supplement their engineering teams. But a lot of recruiters find it difficult to write job descriptions that accurately reflect the abilities and credentials needed for the position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated client success partner, providing empathetic and proactive support to merchants by understanding their concerns and offering timely resolutions within defined SLAs.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for merchants, ensuring transparency and regular updates on ticket progress.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like FinOps, tech, Legal, Banking Ops, risk & chargebacks and Biz Ops to drive resolutions efficiently.
- Support account managers and the sales team in enhancing the overall merchant experience through driving operational tasks, effective problem-solving and personalized interactions.
Maintain accurate documentation using tools like Excel, Word, Freshdesk, and Slack.
Qualifications Required :
- A strong understanding of payment processes or experience in managing complex operations.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with resilience and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ticket management tools like Freshdesk.
- Previous experience in a client success or operational management role is preferred.
