Job Description :

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at L&T, you will:

• Undergo intensive training across departments like Construction, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering, or Technology Services
• Work on real-time projects with cross-functional teams
• Gain hands-on experience in engineering design, project management, site execution, or R&D
• Learn industry-relevant tools, project lifecycle, and safety protocols
• Contribute to innovative engineering solutions with a focus on sustainability and efficiency

  Final work location will be decided based on project needs and company discretion.

Service Agreement:

Selected candidates will be required to sign a bond worth ₹2,00,000, valid for a period of 2 years and 9 months from the date of joining.

Eligibility Criteria
