Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
To assess our business’s operations and offer suggestions for increasing operational effectiveness, we are seeking an operations analyst. Based on a careful examination and analysis of our current policies, resources, operations, processes, and procedures, the operations analyst will be in charge of creating and putting into effect modifications and new protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
Must Have Skills:
- Should have 0-2years of experience
- Should be proficient in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Should have knowledge of SQL and other data tools will be a plus.
- Should have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have an ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced team environment.
