Job Description :
Technical business analysts analyze and create creative integrated software solutions to match IT systems with business operations. Among their responsibilities are managing web-based services, customer support, and internal IT support. They must also submit reports to management on a regular basis.
To enhance our IT systems, we are seeking a technical business analyst with experience and versatility. One of your responsibilities in this position will be creating software to enhance our company’s operations. You might also be asked to conduct training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Oracle APPS modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to document problems and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing.
- Assist in testing new releases and features of Oracle applications to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Oracle APPS.
What we look for:
Required:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle APPS or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
