Job Description
PhonePe is offering an internship opportunity in its Ethics & Compliance department focused on training and communication initiatives. This role involves supporting internal programs that promote ethical behavior and ensure company-wide adherence to compliance policies.

Responsibilities
- assistance in overseeing the program’s needs, including monitoring its efficacy and creating a training and awareness plan.
- Contribute to the training escalation protocols’ steady advancement.
- Assist in carrying out the essential components of the daily operations of the organization-wide
- training program, such as troubleshooting, training reports, and course assignments.
- Verify the compliance training target audience data and make sure any holes are filled.
- Support for precise and understandable program dashboards and reports for global stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with the different stakeholder teams, including HR, Compliance, and Global, to advance the program’s agenda.
- To promote awareness campaigns, work together with the communications team and internal stakeholders.
- assistance in reviewing the due diligence and AC HR screening procedures in accordance with the Giving procedures.
Qualification & Skills
- strong familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. thorough comprehension of reporting, data integrity, and data analysis.
- strong analytical skills to identify opportunities at their core and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to work on several projects at once.
- Collaboration abilities and the capacity to operate well in a team-oriented setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities to establish cross-functional connections.
- new hires or recent graduates with 0–1 year of training, data reporting, analysis, and effective communication skills. It would be ideal to have prior administration and LMS (Learning Management System) experience.
