The ideal applicant will have extensive MS Excel experience as well as domain expertise in Customer Service (Mortgage) and Collection-Loss Mitigation (Mortgage Loans). This job entails managing and optimizing procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of customer service in the mortgage domain.
• Use Microsoft Excel to evaluate data and create reports for process improvement.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues quickly to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work with team members to streamline procedures and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and track collecting activities to reduce losses and guarantee compliance with business regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers about their mortgage accounts.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies to improve the customer experience.
• Conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and keep detailed records of customer interactions and process adjustments.

• Contribute to continual process improvement by sharing comments and suggestions.

Required Skills :

• Have strong technical skills in MS Excel, including data analysis and report preparation.
