Job Description :
Programmer analysts are both computer programmers and system analysts. Program analysts create, implement, and modify software and computer programs. Programming experience, strong time management abilities, and the ability to solve system issues are all necessary for success as a programmer analyst. In the end, a great programmer analyst should be able to communicate well, be prepared to put in a lot of overtime, and hold a CompTIA A+ certification.

Writing, creating, and maintaining software and programs is the responsibility of the programmer analyst we are seeking. Working on computer systems, creating systems that satisfy business requirements, and conducting cost analysis are among the duties of a programmer analyst.
Role & Responsibility :
- resolving issues with programs and systems.
- creating support documentation for internally generated systems patches and apps.
- addressing support inquiries in compliance with IT support guidelines.
- keeping up the intranet and company website.
- determining and organizing the needs for the project.
Qualification
- Should have Strong programming skills (Logical Abilities).
- Trained in the following technologies will be preferred like Mainframes/Vision Plus(V+)/SQL/Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication required.
- Candidate must have very good programming knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Good attitude and working collaboratively with team members.
- Most Importantly, candidates must have a full-time degree course recognized by the Central/ State Government of India.
- All arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process.
- Candidate should have completed all exams/ viva-voice/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.
- Candidate must be willing to work in a 24*7 shift environment and relocate to any location within India.

- Interview Process: Written Test, Group Discussion, Technical Interviews, HR Interview.
- Education Criteria: BE, BTech, MTech (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) & MCA
- Pass out year (if any): 2024/2023 (All arrears and backlogs need to be cleared).
- Academic Aggregate percentage should be: 70%/7 CGPA throughout the education (Mandate).
