Job Description :
When designing, developing, and testing software for computers, software engineers use concepts and methods from engineering, mathematics, and computer science. It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technically complex support issues.
- Interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to provide input, discuss and document design concerns, analyze challenges, and create solutions to fulfill consumers’ technological needs.
- Creates technical documentation, instructions, and training for both internal and external audiences.
- Has great interpersonal skills and communicates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Activity and outcome details are accurately documented.
- Possesses a fundamental understanding of both software support principles and general software administration skills.
- Demonstrates fundamental understanding of engineering disciplines related to one or more ALI solutions.
- Develops a thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Customer training may be conducted as needed.
Education / Qualifications
- Excellent geometry and mathematical skills.
- Experience with any 3D CAD design product is a significant advantage.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- B.E. / M.Tech with 0-2 years of experience.
