Application Support – Hexaware

Responsibilities:

• The role include developing and delivering solutions and core software products, converting change requests into technical designs and implementations that improve existing functionality and add new capabilities, and constantly upgrading components of the core product architecture.
• All team members are responsible for putting the product into production and ensuring performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Fresher with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another analytical/technical discipline (graduated in 2025)
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willing to work on a 24*5 rotational shift based on business requirements.
• A strong desire to work in software development and delivery, as well as the demonstrated ability to swiftly grasp and implement new technological concepts and frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• An ability to learn and adapt swiftly in a constantly changing environment.
• The ability to establish effective working relationships in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with.NET technology.
• Experience with database principles
• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming, clean coding standards, and design patterns
• Understand practices like as unit testing, pair programming, code reviews, and so on.
