Job Description :
For the technical support role, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills in addition to technical expertise. Among their responsibilities are troubleshooting technical issues, promptly responding to customer feedback, and assisting with the launch of new applications.
IT systems are managed, maintained, and repaired by tech support staff. They are in charge of installing and configuring hardware and software, fixing network problems, and identifying and fixing faults.

Responsibilities
- 1.Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via a phone queue, customer emails, chat support
- Requests and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support end-user devices/peripherals, including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security.
- Shift Timings: 24 x 7 Rotational Shift(Night shift) (please don’t apply if you are not okay with night shifts)
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
