Job Description :
Computer programmers, sometimes referred to as software engineers or systems programmers, are responsible for designing and developing software applications, system and software integration, end-user training, algorithm analysis, source code modification, system instruction writing, debugging, and operating system maintenance.
For the development and upkeep of our company’s systems software and computing infrastructure, we are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient computer programmer. Managing system performance, offering technical support, evaluating and updating current programs, spotting and resolving bugs, assisting with data architecture, producing reports, creating proprietary software, and reducing possible risk are all part of the computer programmer’s responsibilities. Through the development, upkeep, and simplification of our computer systems and programs, your proficiency in the art of programming will help our organization increase efficiency and service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or other relevant technologies.
- Analyze issues in order to troubleshoot potential problems and suggest solutions.
- Write Junit/integration test cases to validate the code quality and code coverage.
- Collaborate effectively across teams.
- Respond to the issues in timely fashion.
- Develop and adhere to best practices for integrating applications.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Product/ Technology Knowledge:
- Able to implement code or configure/customize products and apply industry standards and practices in implementation with assistance from SME.
- Can create unit test cases, scenarios and document the same in the standard format.
- Work on simple/elementary modules independently and create code that adheres to the low-level design and requirements.
Domain/ Industry Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of customer’s business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
- Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and simple business models in line with customer requirements with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.
