2. Job Description

Zones is hiring candidates for the position of L1 Service Desk in Bangalore. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience who want to begin their careers in IT support and technical troubleshooting.

3. Role Overview

As an L1 Service Desk professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues. Your primary responsibility will be to understand reported problems, provide initial troubleshooting, and help users restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.
