Latest job opening in Accenture for Application Support Engineer.As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service to ensure customer service operations are running smoothly.

We are looking for an experienced application support engineer to keep an eye on and maintain our software programs’ effectiveness. Working with colleagues, completing effective code transfer, and reporting to our senior software engineering team are all part of this work. You will also have to help our clients with their IT needs.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of customer service operations. 
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with desktop transformation.
  • Experience in providing technical support to customers. 
  • Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining critical business systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in customer service operations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
