Latest job opening in Amazon for Digital Content Associate.The role will require the candidate to quickly understand the eBook content requirements, understanding comics, editing tools and operation workflow tools. – The associate need to continuously adapt and learn new features on the Editors and improve on his/her acumen to quickly edit and fix up contents

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operational activities related to the content in the audiobook. Associate is expected to listen, identify, and fix issues related to content in the audio books using software or tools by adhering to the standard operating procedure. Associates are required to use headset to listen to the audio for significant period of time during their work.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Capacity to communicate effectively and efficiently using technology (e-mail, telecommunications)
  • Capability to maximize individual and/or departmental productivity by using PC software (word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation, for example) and save time
  • Knowing how to use competition data and market research expertise to create strategic publication plans
  • Proven capacity to obtain projects and writers
  • Proven ability to create high-quality and efficient products using the many product development parts (product requirements, technical review, market review, depth editing, design, and art).
  • Recognizing and utilizing new media to give our products a competitive edge or added value
Job Responsibilities
  • Understand and adhere to standard operating procedure.
  • Analyze, and identify the issues in the audio content.
  • Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources/tools to resolve/fix it.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/ teams according to processes and standard.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to the Service level agreement, and average handle time set for the processes.
  • Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
  • The individual is required to make judgment based decisions based on the observations and procedures.
