Latest job opening in Avalara for Quality Lead Freshers job 2024.As the Automation Quality Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts and ensuring the quality and reliability of Customer experience through the implementation and execution of automated testing processes.

As the Automation Quality Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts and ensuring the quality and reliability of Customer experience through the implementation and execution of automated testing processes. Your role will involve overseeing a team of automation quality analysts, designing automation frameworks, defining automation strategies, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish testing standards, identify automation opportunities, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in automated software testing, including test automation framework design and development, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve common goals.
  • Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving automation initiatives, implementing automation frameworks, and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of automation quality analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Define team objectives, priorities, and performance metrics, and monitor progress towards goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Define automation strategies and roadmap in alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality objectives. Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, frameworks, and technologies based on project requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks tailored to specific application architectures, technologies, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for automation. Define test coverage criteria and prioritize test cases based on risk and impact analysis.
  • Oversee the execution of automated tests to verify software functionality, performance, and scalability. Monitor test results, analyze failures, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
