Its goal is to ensure that authorized users have access to the resources they need while prohibiting access to unauthorized users.
AMs are authorized to manage all Staff End Users for the employer organizations. They can also manage connections between the employer organizations and other entities. AM users have access to all business functions for all approved surrogate connections for their employer organizations
Skills set Required for this Job :

Job Responsibilities
- Find and fix any holes in the business processes, which could involve user documentation, data interface design, data migration, security and authorization setup, and data reconciliation.
- Utilize your understanding of Active Directory to control access privileges across various platforms.
- Keep up business roles and all related information, procedures, and regulations—such as access bundling rules.
- Act as a reliable advisor to the company’s stakeholders, getting to know their main business operations and priorities that can be improved with the use of IM solutions.
- Write or create incredibly powerful internal communications
- Within RFT, offer program management for identity and access management.
- Assist internal initiatives of various sizes with identity and access management advise, solution architecture, and consultancy.
- Oversee the development of organization-wide strategies and plans for implementation, such as those for IAM governance, Single Sign On, and Privileged Access Management.
