Latest job opening in Cognizant for Associate .associates keep an eye on and enhance manufacturing organisations’ production processes. In this capacity, they evaluate the performance of the current process systems, maintain the machinery and materials, look for flaws in the production process overall, and create process reports.

To oversee and manage our production processes, we are seeking to engage an experienced process associate. As a process associate, you will be expected to maintain inventory and supplies, do routine equipment maintenance, assess current processes and offer recommendations for system changes, guarantee product quality, and create process reports for the production manager.

 
Skills set Required for this Job :

Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot the escalated incident / problem tickets.
  • Responsible for estimation of work requests and also in validating the estimate done by the team.
  • Contribute towards proactive problem management and Application Strengthening process.
  • Coordinate with external groups for high severity incidents.
  • Guide the team in eliminating recurring incidents and automate the manual processes.
  • Participate in release acceptance process to certify application in Production after the release.
  • Participate in release planning meetings and provide inputs on demand prioritization.
  • Support UAT through clarification of any application related queries.
