We are seeking a committed support engineer to make sure that the technical questions of our clients are promptly and satisfactorily addressed. Your responsibilities in this position will include helping clients install applications, answering questions using our desktop support tools, and reporting critical problems to the software development team.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  •  Good Knowledge on
  • Client Operating Systems and Office 365-
  • Win10, Windows 11, macOS and company provided iPhones.
  • O365- Troubleshooting Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams,
  • Remote Desktop Services, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix Desktop.
  • Vulnerability (Security) Management on end user devices.
  • Basic understanding of VBScript, PowerShell scripting.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Should be good in interacting directly with end users and involving stakeholders like peer teams and senior administrators for application/project delivery, or support, whenever needed.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to understand multiple approaches and multitasking.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and work environments.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of Agile methodology.
Job Responsibilities
  • Offering IT help to clients through phone calls, emails, chat features, and desktop solutions.
  • helping clients with the installation of applications and account setup.
  • Network configuration ensures optimal application functionality.
  • Asking specific queries of clients can help troubleshoot IT issues.
  • giving clients detailed instructions on how to fix technical issues.
  • answering technical questions again and giving timely comments.
  • giving top priority to client inquiries and notifying IT developers of critical technical problems.
  • recording error reports and keeping an eye on performance indicators.
  • providing IT developers with client input on the functionality of applications.
