Latest job opening in Enea for Graduate Security Analyst .A security analyst works to safeguard sensitive and private data as well as the company’s network. The security analyst will find and fix holes in the security system, develop policies that IT staff can adhere to, and enhance the security system as a whole.

To handle consumer complaints and inquiries, we are employing a Customer Service Admin Support . Additionally, you’ll be expected to handle orders, adjustments, and complaints that are escalated via various channels of communication. You must have prior computer experience and be able to maintain composure in the face of irate clients in order to succeed in this position.

 
Skills set Required for this Job :
  • B.tech degree in computer science or telecoms-related field
  • A strong interest in telecoms and security technology
  • Knowledge of working in a Unix/Linux environment
  • Basic familiarity with SQL/Database concepts
  • Ability to communicate concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with messaging systems and architectures.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP and DNS
  • Understanding of GSM network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting or a scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl)
Job Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain security solutions on Enea’s client platforms
  • Keep up to date with the telecoms threat landscape
  • Analyse data collected from customer deployments to identify and investigate threats
  • Provide security reviews for Enea’s clients; independently field client questions and manage client expectations.
  • Work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision, but with the support of a team lead and global team of analysts.
