Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities, including team building, coaching, and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support team of QA testers and analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and establish clear testing goals and timelines.
  • Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct UAT sessions, working closely with end-users to validate system behavior and gather feedback for improvements.
