Latest job opening in Genpact for Process Associate – Retail Banking. They are accountable for reviewing existing processes to lead system updates, servicing production equipment, keeping supplies and inventory and complying with production process safety and quality guideline. A process associate also does production process audits and assists with process-related troubleshooting

To oversee and manage our production processes, we are seeking to engage an experienced process associate. As a process associate, you will be expected to maintain inventory and supplies, do routine equipment maintenance, assess current processes and offer recommendations for system changes, guarantee product quality, and create process reports for the production manager.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Communication: Proficient in Reading, Writing and Speaking skills (English)
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate delivery of high-quality output
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of banking terminology (preferred)

Job Responsibilities
  •  Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures
  • Updating Customer Demographics in Bank System
  • Policy Set up and document generation
  • Mortgage Tax payment
  • Searching customer contact information
  • Reconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts
  • Posting Check details into the bank system
  • Coordinating with Bank Vendors to gather information and respond back to customer enquiries
