In order to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues pertaining to computer networking operations, the Technical Associate collaborates with network analysts. Their responsibilities include assessing technical programmes, creating web pages and application designs, and offering customer assistance for programmes and applications. They have to debug technical programmes, discover ways to cut costs and boost efficiency, learn about new goods and technology, and teach customers and staff in best practices, programmes, and applications.
