Their responsibilities encompass aiding clients with account setup and application installation, diagnosing and fixing technical issues, and configuring networks.
We are seeking a committed support engineer to make sure that the technical questions of our clients are promptly and satisfactorily addressed. Your responsibilities in this position will include helping clients install applications, answering questions using our desktop support tools, and reporting critical problems to the software development team.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- an undergraduate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- thorough familiarity with the Mac OS, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- proficiency with helpdesk and remote desktop programs like Freshdesk and Zendesk.
- advanced understanding of network configuration, IT hardware, and applications.
- remarkable aptitude for diagnosing and prioritizing IT issues.
- extensive background in handling IT-related client inquiries.
- competence in tracking performance indicators and recording procedures.
- Capacity to communicate to IT developers critical application feedback
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
