At the conclusion of the programme, you should be able to pass a competency exam and maintain an accurate record of your time spent with the company.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Bachelor’s degree, BE/B.Tech not eligible
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of office software applications
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic analytical, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Basic written and oral communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
     
 
Job Responsibilities
  • keeping a professional, sympathetic, and upbeat demeanor toward clients at all times.
  • answering consumer questions as soon as possible.
  • utilizing a variety of channels to communicate with customers.
  • Recognizing and addressing consumer grievances.
  • Being well-versed in our products will enable you to respond to inquiries.
  • handling requests, orders, forms, and applications.
  • Maintaining documentation of consumer communications, purchases, remarks, and grievances.
  • coordinating and exchanging information with colleagues as required.
  • giving comments on how well the customer service procedure works.
  • overseeing a group of less experienced customer service agents.
  • Make sure the client is satisfied and offer competent customer service.
