Latest job opening in Hexagon for Principal Software Developert.A Software Developer designs and builds computer programs that power mobile devices, desktop computers, and even cars. They not only identify user needs but also create new applications for any given market while making improvements based on feedback from users

Our organization is in need of a proficient software developer to assist in the advancement of our ongoing initiatives. Writing code to construct software and alter it to correct bugs, make it compatible with new hardware, enhance interfaces, and increase performance will be the main tasks assigned to you. Along with managing system testing and validation processes, you will collaborate with departments or customers on technical problems pertaining to software system design and maintenance.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Core: .NET (C#, .Net Core, MVC 5+, REST API, Unit test framework)
  • Web: OAuth, JWT, HTML5, CSS, Angular
  • Cloud: Docker, Containers, Microservices and AKS
  • Azure: DevOps, CI/CD, YAML/Classic build pipelines, Functions, Queues, Logic Apps, Application insights
  • Writing efficient, reusable, testable and scalable quality code
  • Database knowledge both in SQL Server and Oracle
  • Solid understanding of Design Patterns and OOP concepts
  • Great team players with problem solving skills.
  • Good logical and analytical skills.
  • Good reasoning skills.
  • Ability to understand the problem.
  • Ability to document the design, explain status information
  • Ability to work well in team environment.
  • Good team player working in Agile environment
Job Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing modules in SDx in latest .NET technologies on the backend using REST
  • Understanding how the existing modules in SDx work to get a bigger picture of the functionality
  • Primarily writing software in VB.NET / C#.NET and TypeScript / Angular JS on the front end to solve complex business needs
  • Good understanding and hands-on SaaS implementation
  • Reproducing the problems and resolving the same as quickly as possible
  • Interacting with Customers / stakeholders during development phase of Software Development
  •  Keep up to date with current technology trends
