They are responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing the project. They are in charge of the project scope and team management assigned to the project

To oversee the ongoing initiatives at our organization, we are searching for a project manager. In order to make sure that all project requirements, deadlines, and timelines are met, you will be collaborating closely with your team members. Project deliverables must be turned in, status reports must be written, efficient project communication plans must be established, and those plans must be carried out correctly.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance, including knowledge of different types of testing such as manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and knowledge of various testing methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, etc. to apply appropriate testing techniques for the project.
  • Proficient in at least one programming languages such as Java, Python etc.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries (joins, aggregation, conversion between and functions for date/number/character)
  • Experience working respectfully in a culturally diverse work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with coworkers globally in English.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to create test cases that cover all aspects of the software, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing (if required).
  • Responsible to execute test cases, record test results, and report any issues or bugs found during testing.
  • Should collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found during testing.
  • Should document all test cases, test results, and issues found during testing, creating comprehensive reports that can be shared with stakeholders.
  • Work to continuously evaluate the testing process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
