As a Associate Full Stack Software Engineer for Micron Technology, Inc. you will utilize your expertise with JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS to create and develop effective user interfaces for our Engineering Information Technology (IT) department. You will also be involved in architecture discussions to create robust backend solutions using C#, web APIs and make use of SQL and NoSQL databases.
A software engineer applies software engineering techniques to analyse the problem description and provide a scalable solution. They are also in charge of test case creation, documentation, data design, acquisition, maintenance, and security.
Every phase of the software development process is communicated with by a software engineer, who can also, with the appropriate experience, function as a product manager.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline, such as computer science
- knowledgeable in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, and others
- Practical knowledge of using technologies (name some of the ones you use, such Hadoop, Pig, Oozie, MapReduce, Spark, Sqoop, Kafka, Flume, etc.)
- strong emphasis on DevOps
- familiarity with constructing and implementing cloud deployment technologies for infrastructure (name the technologies you utilise)
- knowledgeable about documenting, debugging, and designing
- Previous exposure to automated testing frameworks and test-driven development
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development techniques
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
