Latest job opening in MSCI for Java Developer Freshers job 2024.A Java Developer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and managing Java-based applications and software. These programmers collaborate with other software engineers to integrate Java into business software, applications, and websites

We are searching for extremely talented programmers with prior Java web application development experience. Among their responsibilities are the analysis of user requirements and corporate objectives, the determination of program features and functionality, and the recommendation of modifications to already-existing Java-based applications.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Expertise in Core Java, Multithreading and the Spring Framework.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in developing SQL (SQL Server)
  • Development experience using Distributed and horizontally scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide written & verbal updates tailored to your audience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to priorities tasks
  • Prior experience with Cloud Technologies, particularly Azure and GCP, is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Continuous Integration Engineers, E2E Testers and Support team members to ensure that the solutions we build are implemented to the highest standards.
  • Designing and implementing changes to existing software and ensuring that these support both new and established capabilities/functionality.
  • Identifying unit and component test scenarios and verifying the software component(s) work as specified by business stakeholders.
  • Analyzing software problems and recommending solutions with minimal assistance.
  • Work as part of an Agile team to implement project capabilities that provide business solutions; leading & coaching other team members on occasion.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of how we work by being a positive and engaged member of the team.
