Latest job opening in OSI Systems for Process Associate Trainee. Process associates keep an eye on and enhance manufacturing organisations’ production processes. In this capacity, they evaluate the performance of the current process systems, maintain the machinery and materials, look for flaws in the production process overall, and create process reports.

To oversee and manage our production processes, we are seeking to engage an experienced process associate. As a process associate, you will be expected to maintain inventory and supplies, do routine equipment maintenance, assess current processes and offer recommendations for system changes, guarantee product quality, and create process reports for the production manager.

Skills set Required for this Job :

Job Responsibilities
  • Processing PO invoices both External and Internal vendors
  • Working\Co-ordinating with buyers on PO issues like quantity and unit prices in time to avoid escalations
  • Processing Non PO invoices. Sending emails to Approver to approve invoice to process in books
  •  Uploading Posted invoice copies to AX on daily basis
  •  Preparation and review of Detailed Unmatched report on daily basis and take necessary actions to reduce unmatched amount at minimum level and clean the unmatched prior month receipts.
  • Reviewing of AP Group mail Box in time and process the invoices without getting the escalation mails from Corporate
  •  Preparing Month end reconciliation reports
