Latest job opening in Qualcomm for Engineer-CPT.As a software engineer in CPT, you will be working in small, interdisciplinary teams building software to serve our customers from the ground up. You will spend time to intimately understand the customer problem before architecting and implementing a solution with input from science, engineering and product experts

We are searching for a creative, committed engineer who follows global engineering trends and technologies and who is broadly and generally fascinated with the engineering sciences. The duties of an engineer include problem definition, information research, interpretation, and application, solution development, and decision making.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Should be good in C/C++ skills for test code development and framework development for driver testing.
  • Should be able to discuss with Dev to drive features independently right from scoping, test plan development, test code/framework development.
  • Responsible for executing the Test plan, automating the test plan using Pyhton.
  • Responsible for debugging the issues, report to Dev, provide debug support.
  • Should be self-motivated and drive independently with limited directions.
Job Responsibilities
  • keeping abreast of global developments in engineering.
  • recognizing issues and taking action.
  • overseeing the production process.
  • calculating expenses and schedules.
  • doing out study and putting new information to use.
  • creating systems, tools, materials, and processes.
  • enhancing currently used materials, procedures, etc.
  • putting plans and solutions into practice.
  • educating additional engineers.
