Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Strong communication abilities, oral and written.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Self-motivated and outcome-oriented personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with consumers.
  • Should understand how to use basic sales tools.
  • Basic familiarity of sales CRM tools (Salesforce) would be beneficial.
Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all new RazorpayX Payroll prospects arriving from various inbound lead sources.
  • Should thoroughly understand the client requirements over the phone/email and propose an appropriate solution using Razorpay products and services while directing the client to a Core-Sales POC.
  • Create, maintain, and anticipate a strong sales qualified lead pipeline.
  • Maintain positive client connections while driving new acquisitions.
  • Ensure highest conversion rates across diverse incoming lead channels.
  • Required skills include cross-selling and up-selling clients, as well as smart use of sales technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams as needed.
    Consistently drive maximum qualifications to meet pre-sales targets.
