Latest job opening in Wipro for Test Engineer. Test engineers are in charge of creating and carrying out the tests that guarantee a product’s functionality and quality. They work on every stage of the testing programme, from creating the test parameters to identifying and fixing problems to drafting the final test protocols.

We are seeking to employ a qualified test engineer to create and carry out quality-control protocols for our goods. Writing up final test procedures for the quality specialists and analysing the aspects of the product are among the responsibilities of a test engineer. You will also be in charge of generating test parameters and developing personalised quality checks.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or engineering.
  • prior experience working as a test engineer.
  • knowledge of testing tools such as LabVIEW, JMeter, Apache, Selenium, and TestStand.
  • familiarity with diagramming applications, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Viso, and Gliffy.
  • extensive familiarity with testing and engineering processes.
  • good ability to solve problems.
  • the capacity to oversee projects.
  • the capacity for problem-solving and original thought.
  • superior technical writing abilities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and automate tests for software validation by setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases
  • Ensure the test defects raised are as per the norm defined for project / program / account with clear description and replication patterns
  • Detect bug issues and prepare file defect reports and report test progress
  • No instances of rejection / slippage of delivered work items and they are within the Wipro / Customer SLA’s and norms
  • Design and timely release of test status dashboard at the end of every cycle test execution to the stake holders
  • Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned stakeholders
