Latest job opening in Zocdoc for Marketing Operations Associate. To assist the operations manager in running the day-to-day operations, we are searching for a dependable operations associate. The duties of an operations associate include handling administrative work, helping out other divisions of the business when needed, and making sure everything runs well every day.

The Marketing Operations team supports marketing functions across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in helping to grow our CRM program. Your work will play an integral part in driving provider engagement and retention via thoughtful, tailored experiences by leading execution and reporting across email marketing campaigns. 

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-orientation: Understanding which data is relevant, asking the right questions, and data literacy
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills, attention to detail, sharp focus, and the ability to think deeply
  • Organizational savvy skills and demonstrated ability at planning and executing projects

  • Meticulous (great attention to detail!) in planning and executing projects across multiple departments
  • A good communicator and multitasker

  • Building email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Coding new HTML emails from design files
  • Creating and managing email campaigns that utilize customer data to create personalized customer journeys using Adobe Marketo
  • Building reports/performing analysis
  • Participating in meetings with project stakeholders
  • Executing ad hoc and short-term project initiatives
