Tech Mahindra recruitment drive for freshers is conducted twice in a year and they hire great numbers of candidates with good salary package so you do only one thing prepare for the opportunity and grab it.
Tech Mahindra selection procedure is easier than other companies like Infosys or wipro. So if you have good at technical skills and aptitude then you can easily get place in Tech Mahindra and this drive is not available only for computer science and information technology students but also there are mechanical engineer, electronic and telecommunication, electrical engineer.so if you are from any branch with minimum 60% of aggregate then you are eligible for tech Mahindra campus drive.
Let’s talk about main topic i.e selection process so there are four rounds each on is elimination round and you have to clear all four rounds to get place in Tech Mahindra.
1) Aptitude test
2) essay writing
3) Technical interview
4) HR interview
You have to be very energetic focused in all rounds if you clear first two rounds and not clear third then you r not eligible for Tech mahindra campus drive for next 6-9 months. So if you have to work with this company prepare four rounds carefully.
1) Aptitude test
Personally I think this is not that hard if you have basic knowledge of mathematics then you can easily clear Tech mahindra aptitude test round.there are minimum 500+ candidates gives aptitude test including you and 50% of them clear the first round. Aptitude test includes basic mathematics questions, English grammar questions, verbal ability, reasoning, puzzle.
They declare first round result in just 15-20 mins. If your name is in selected list then they can call your name and then you have to go for second round i.e. essay writing. Aptitude test have 75 questions for 60 mins and it’s totally online test.they use one of there company’s browser for test.
2) essay writing :
Second round i.e essay writing this is very important round as per selection prescriptive.main objective of this round is they check your presence of mind and point of view towards perticular topic.
In this round they show perticular image on screen and then we have to write 500 words essay on that in there given time or otherwise they give you situation and then asked to write your opinion on this. So you have to prepare for this situation also.
If large numbers of candidates are there then they will go for GD also i.e group discussion in this they make group of 20 candidates and give one topic to discuss every candidate get 3-4 minutes to talk

1) women empowerment
2) world after this virus
3) ban on Chinese products
4) Indian economy
5) online education is good or bad
3) Technical interview :
Very few of them clear essay writing round and qualify for the next round i.e technical interview. Technical interview in Tech Mahindra is quite easy because they know if you qualify first two rounds then you have potential to be part of this company so they ask very basic questions related to your skills which is you mentioned in resume so don’t lie in resume
Technical interview questions for Tech mahindra :
1) Tell me about yourself which is not in resume
2) questions depends on skills which you mentioned in your resume
3) describe your project
4) what is your role in project
5) difference between c++ and java
6) what is queue and stack
If you prepare this questions well then only this kind of questions are asked in technical interview if you are not from computer science branch then you should do some extra hard work to get this job.after clearing this round you will eligible for last round i.e HR interview.
4) HR interview
This is last round of selection procedure if you clear this round you will get hired.HR round is also elimination round if you can’t answer properly there is chance of elimination so be prepared for HR round. Be in formal only be energetic and confident . HR will ask simple questions but you have to be very logical and different than other candidates
HR interview questions :
1) tell me about yourself
2) why should we hire you
3) what is your expected salary
4) your strength and weakness
5) what if we will not select you
6) your favourite subject,game, movie,food
In HR interview they only check your communication skills, presence of mind, problem solving nature so that’s all about interview questions for Tech mahindra
